Canada-Poppers ships across Canada to all provinces and territories. We do not ship anywhere outside of Canada
Our current rates for shipping are: $20 within Ontario and Quebec, $25 all other provinces and territories.
We value security and anonymity and this is reflected in our packaging. All products are vacuum sealed and padded to prevent any damage or breakage.
All of our orders are shipped via Canada Post Xpresspost. As soon as you’ve made payment and the order is ready to be shipped, we will send you an email outlining how you can track your package. Please allow up to72 hours (in extreme cases like Christmas) for Canada Post to complete the initial scan of your package in order for it to show up on the Canada Post tracking site.
While processing is usually done within 8 hours of receiving your payment, there may be some short delays due to holidays, weekends, demand, or simply life in general. We try to maintain open communication and get your order out as quickly as possible.
We ship from Ontario, and you can expect your poppers order within a few days. Note that delivery times can be delayed due to Canada Post workload, weekends, and holidays. Please allow up to 8 business days to receive your order and contact us if you haven’t received your package after this time.
When your order and etransfer is received and your order has been packaged by us, we will manually add the tracking number into our system which fires off an email to the email address associated with the order. This tracking number will read as “invalid” on the Canada Post tracking site until the initial scan has been completed by Canada Post. This process may take up to 72 hours (depending on timing of order) for you to start seeing your package in the system.
When you are tracking your package through the Canada Post website there will be the occurrence where your package has not been updated. This is most likely due to the common incidence of a missing scan at one step of the shipping process. Rest assured, most packages will be delivered on time or a day or two (at the latest) after the expected date. Please let us know if your delay is any longer than 4 days after the expected date.
